Key Worker – Adelaide

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Key Worker to join our team at Everyday Independence. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering interventions to NDIS participants, specifically children aged 0-8, and their families in Adelaide and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy and support to children and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's goals and outcomes
- Provide coaching and support to parents and caregivers to enhance their skills and confidence
- Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, or Education)
- Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
