Senior Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design and management of complex civil engineering projects, with a strong focus on drainage and grading design.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects, developing workflow processes, and providing coaching and mentoring to junior engineers. You will also be involved in business development activities, identifying opportunities and collaborating with internal and external partners.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to display initiative. They will also have a strong understanding of 3D Design, Design Management, and Bid writing/tendering.
