As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, from initial consultation to final delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on the best products to meet those needs.
This role will see you working in one of our architect-designed showrooms, featuring collections curated to meet the specific needs of design lovers and the architecture and interiors industry. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, from initial consultation to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Conversion: Implementing personal sales strategies aligned with the showroom and national sales plan
- Client Service & Communication: Managing client expectations, providing timely updates on order status, and ensuring responses to all client enquiries and emails
- Consultations & Product Presentations: Conducting client consultations and product presentations in the showroom or remotely, ensuring an exceptional service experience and addressing client needs
- Sales Process Management: Ensuring accurate documentation in the Business Central system, updating daily sales-related information, and confirming sales orders only upon signed acceptance and deposit payment from clients
Requirements:
- 4 years' sales experience
- Passion for design and luxury goods
- Tertiary qualification in interior design (preferred)
- Skilled relationship builder
- Existing industry contacts
