We are seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to join our team and support the delivery of infrastructure projects in remote South Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead contract management, teams, and projects that have a direct impact on regional communities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery and contract management, with a strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple construction and infrastructure contracts in remote South Australia
  • Provide contract administration, commercial advice, and compliance oversight
  • Lead and mentor teams, supporting succession planning for government staff
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to improved systems, reporting, risk management, and safety practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project delivery and contract management
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and cultural sensitivity
  • Ability to work in remote locations, including overnight stays and varied hours
