Job Title: Implementation Consultant

At ECI Software Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Manufacturing Division - Customer Success Team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals by implementing our cloud-based ERP applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure ERP applications to meet specific business needs and goals
  • Develop operating procedures and train customer implementation teams
  • Provide implementation consultation, project management, and support services to customers
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial goals and challenges
  • Review current business processes and align them with best practices and requirements
  • Communicate effectively and build consensus with clients
  • Train customer implementation teams on core body of knowledge concepts and principles
  • Assist in change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new systems
Requirements:
  • Strong ERP product knowledge and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in support or implementation role
  • Ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
