This exciting traineeship opportunity will provide you with the chance to gain hands-on experience in coordinating bus and employee movements, ensuring seamless service delivery.

The Opportunity:
This entry-level role offers a unique chance to start your career in a dynamic team environment, engaging with various stakeholders to contribute to the efficiency and safety of our operations. You will work closely with frontline driving staff, learning all aspects of operations coordination, from scheduling services and routes to maintenance requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating bus and employee movements, ensuring timely and efficient service deliveryLearn and apply company procedures and safety protocolsAchieve accredited certification by completing the traineeship - Cert III Business AdministrationProvide information to managers and team leaders to minimize customer impact during service disruptions or emergenciesReport incidents and accidents, contributing to a safe working environmentWhat You'll Need:
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- A current driver's license (MR licence) and Working with Children's check
- Preferred: current car license and First Aid Certification
