MyneSight, a well-established training provider in QLD since 2008, is seeking an Operations Scheduler to oversee the delivery of existing contracts and grow the business.

About the Opportunity

This role reports to the Operations Manager and involves managing and scheduling all training requests from initial client contact through to confirmed booking and scheduling of trainer assessors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end process of booking and scheduling training across the MyneSight business using online system aXcelerate;
  • Provide accurate costed quotations for prospective work;
  • Be the first point of contact for all training enquiries;
  • Work effectively across other functional support teams in administration, instructional design and compliance to deliver quality and timely training to clients.
About You

We are looking for a passionate administrator who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
  • Prior RTO experience and VET Industry knowledge is preferred;
  • Experience using a Student Management System and VET reporting;
  • Student enrolment processes, including data entry and preparing correspondence;
  • Experience in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and emails;
  • Understanding of and experience in all aspects of administration;
  • The ability to work as a team but also unsupervised;
  • High level of time management and organisational skills as well as problem-solving techniques;
  • Assist with Front Office reception duties, including walk-in enquiries and telephone enquiries as and when required.
Salary Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
