**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical and engineering aspects of daily operations, including disruption recovery, technical support, defect monitoring, and compliance control.

The ideal candidate will have broad technical knowledge in all facets of aircraft maintenance and strong leadership experience. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide leadership and guidance to all Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) staff
  • Manage day-to-day support roles within the MOC to align with operational priorities
  • Provide daily compliance control of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activity
  • Manage fleet technical support, including narrow-body and wide-body aircraft

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Australian Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence in the Mechanical or Avionics category
  • Hold a B1 and/or B2 A320/321 or another Airbus type rating on your CASA licence (essential)
  • Hold a B1 and/or B2 B787 or another Boeing type rating on your CASA licence (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a Maintenance Watch, Heavy, or Line Maintenance environment as an MCE or LAME
