Be an Aircraft Mechanical Systems Fleet Engineer, maintaining the continuing airworthiness of aircraft through effective configuration control and initiating preventative or predictive maintenance strategies.

  • Maintain the technical integrity of aircraft mechanical systems and cabins for our operated fleet types. Develop and implement configuration controls to ensure continuous airworthiness. 
  • Develop and implement a proactive approach to aircraft maintenance, including preventive and predictive strategies to improve technical dispatch reliability. This includes monitoring trends in component failures, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering or a related field, such as Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering. Alternatively, a Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (or equivalent) with significant industry experience is also acceptable. Relevant certification may be required.
  • Advanced computer skills, preferably in data analysis software, to interpret complex technical data and identify trends in component failure rates.
  • 5 years' relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in an airline technical services or aircraft maintenance organization.
