Financial Accountant Opportunity

Financial Accountant Role

The Financial Accountant plays a key role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accurate financial records and reporting for assigned areas of the business.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, tax lodgements, audit responses, and regulatory reports.
  • Support finance initiatives, including assessing changes in regulations and accounting standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting with (or working towards) CPA or CA.
  • At least 3 years in accounting and reporting, ideally within financial services.
  • Solid understanding of AASB reporting, month-end processes, and reconciliations.
  • Strong Excel skills and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively.
