Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in both clinic and home settings.

The role involves providing wound care, catheter changes, and port flushes. You may also be required to work across our broader sector, giving you the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:
  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
