Job Summary

The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and directing a team of workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

  • Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, and safety needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders on project updates and requirements.
  • Train and mentor new workers and provide guidance and support.
  • Enforce safety protocols by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established specifications.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on work progress, incidents, productivity, and other relevant information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideally 2 years + in a similar role. Be able to demonstrate stability on your CV. Degree qualified. The right attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
