About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fellow with rural generalist career ambitions to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work alongside a strong and supportive culture, providing high-quality care to patients in a dynamic environment.

The role involves working predominantly on a 20-bed ward, with opportunities to gain exposure in various specialties, including urgent care, anaesthetics, obstetrics, and medical administration. Outpatient clinics can also be facilitated.

Key Requirements
  • Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Experience in the provision of generalist medicine
  • Demonstrated interest in education and training
  • Understanding of clinical and quality requirements within the Victorian public health system
  • Excellent interpersonal skills promoting effective teamwork and patient safety
