With two main acute facilities based at Leongatha and Korumburra, GSHS offers a broad range of specialist, general, acute, subacute, ambulatory, residential aged care and community services.**About the Role**
We are looking for our newest addition to our administration department. In this position you will be responsible for providing confidential clerical support, general reception duties, Medical Imaging and Primary Health reception support. It is crucial in this role that you provide a warm and welcoming experience for our consumers and visitors. The position will be based at the Korumburra campus (with the possibility of also working at the Leongatha campus in the future) on a part time basis working 4 days per week (no weekend work).**About You**
- Experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a health setting
- Be warm and welcoming to support our consumers and visitors to have an excellent customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
- High level of interpersonal, communication and switchboard skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision and deliver highly professional services
- Capacity and willingness to be flexible and to adapt to changing environments
- This role is open to recent school leavers who want to get their start in an administration position, or experienced receptionists looking for a flexible and friendly environment.
