Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Account Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of the On The Go channel. This role presents a unique opportunity to manage a high-impact portfolio within a globally recognized FMCG organization, driving growth through strategic planning, strong customer partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer-specific business plans that drive sustainable growth and meet sales and visibility targets
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution
- Lead financial management of assigned accounts, including full P&L ownership, budget oversight, and claims handling
- Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions, conduct performance reviews, and identify new growth opportunities
- University degree in Business Management or related field
- Good experience in FMCG sales or account management; experience in the Petrol & Convenience channel is highly regarded
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to deliver results
- Demonstrated capability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across various functions
