Key Administrative Position
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering administrative support in fast-paced environments.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to invoicing for maintenance costs.
- Liaise with Frontline Managers and Head Office teams to ensure seamless operation of the Administrative function within the unit.
- Ensure hardware devices are properly set up.
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Communicate and coordinate quotes and bookings with external parties.
- Copied, scanned and filed documents accurately.
- Perform data entry and word processing tasks.
- Verify that all documentation is filed correctly.
- Support the Facilities Coordinator on ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years experience in an office administration role is essential.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of high-level administrative processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Assertive and able to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Internet search skills.
- High level of customer service.
