Key Administrative Position

The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering administrative support in fast-paced environments.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to invoicing for maintenance costs.
  • Liaise with Frontline Managers and Head Office teams to ensure seamless operation of the Administrative function within the unit.
  • Ensure hardware devices are properly set up.
  • Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Communicate and coordinate quotes and bookings with external parties.
  • Copied, scanned and filed documents accurately.
  • Perform data entry and word processing tasks.
  • Verify that all documentation is filed correctly.
  • Support the Facilities Coordinator on ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience in an office administration role is essential.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of high-level administrative processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assertive and able to build professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Internet search skills.
  • High level of customer service.
