The role of Regional Sales Director is based in our Australian operation and will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives across multiple regions. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage all operations, strategies, and business development activities in the region
- Develop and execute digital sales initiatives, collaborate with regional teams, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets and business objectives on a global scale.
- Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to align digital sales initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and product strategies.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on digital sales opportunities, leveraging online platforms, and optimizing customer acquisition and conversion processes.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications/Requirements:**

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify market opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of the Australia and New Zealand markets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet targets, and deliver on business objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
- Track record of successfully driving revenue growth through online channels in diverse markets.
- Strong understanding of digital sales techniques, including e-commerce, online advertising, social media, and customer relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive sales strategies and optimize performance globally.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth on an international scale.
