We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Rental Vehicle Returns Coordinator.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely vehicle reception and return, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and processing workshop vehicles according to operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless vehicle returns and check-ins.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality damage standards.
- Accurately complete administrative tasks in accordance with operating procedures.
- Process workshop vehicles efficiently and effectively.
- Full, valid driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
