Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project leader to oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations, financial targets, and company standards. As a project leader, you will be responsible for leading project teams, managing contracts, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve seamless execution.

You will identify skill gaps in the team to guide future training and development, maintain open and clear lines of communication with team members, and conduct site quality checks to ensure the delivery of high-quality work to clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in Project Management or equivalent, or extensive industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in plumbing, construction, or a related industry.
  • A plumbing qualification with commercial/industrial experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Capacity to develop relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office suites, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to project demands.
