About the Role

The UX Research Manager position involves leading a team of researchers within the Design Experience Supergroup. Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of researchers through coaching, feedback, goal-setting, and formal reviews.
  • Develop research roadmaps aligned to product and business objectives, adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Grow and maintain the design experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
