Transform Member Experience with a Senior UX Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing member experience through design-led innovation. As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the planning and collaboration efforts using UX methodologies to deliver customer-centric product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Insight-Led Design, creating detailed wireframes and prototypes to test design concepts and user flows.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing to identify issues and validate design decisions.
  • Provide strong design leadership across strategic projects and foster high design standards.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in senior UX design roles for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong portfolio and commitment to continual development, with excellent facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in UX research, design, and testing methodologies.
  • Ability to deliver customer-centric product solutions, translating strategy into execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks, with experience using Agile tools.
  • Decisive, objective, and rational decision-maker, capable of delivering on a vision.
