As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll play a pivotal role in driving user-centric innovation at our organization. Your primary focus will be on uncovering valuable insights that inform the creation of exceptional products.
About The Role:
- You'll lead research initiatives to discover problems and define solutions that meet customer needs.
- Your expertise in various research methods will enable you to select the most effective approaches for each stage of the product lifecycle.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align research efforts with broader business objectives and ensure seamless communication of research findings.
- In addition to quantitative data analysis, you'll leverage statistical techniques as part of a mixed-methods approach to provide comprehensive insights.
- You'll design and facilitate workshops, user research sessions, stakeholder interviews, and research critique sessions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Based on your research findings, you'll develop strategic recommendations to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- You'll work closely with designers and researchers to mentor and guide them in applying best practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- To maintain and iterate research templates and frameworks, research libraries, and recruitment processes, you'll help steer our UX Research practice.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You have a proven track record of practicing design research, with a strong background in qualitative approaches for problem validation, foundational research, and strategic research projects.
- You possess excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, which you'll apply to drive meaningful change within our organization.
- You're an effective communicator who can distill complex research findings into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
