About Our Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Only About Children in Brisbane. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to children aged 0-6 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by actively supervising and interacting with them.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of each child, promoting learning and development through play-based activities.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, using the OAC Connect app to document their learning.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve shared goals and improve outcomes for children.
About You

We are looking for someone with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a minimum of two years' full-time experience in an Early Childhood setting, and a genuine passion for education and development. You should be a creative, supportive, and cooperative team player with excellent communication skills.
