We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Room Leader at our Brisbane campuses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Child Safety and Welfare: Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Education and Care: Ensure that our children are educated and cared for to the highest standard.
  • Relationship Building: Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships.
  • Environment and Resources: Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus and create interesting learning environments in line with our Grow curriculum.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
  • Experience: Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • Passion: A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF, programming, planning, snapshots, managing the team within the room, communicating and liaising with parents and families, documenting children's learning, and establishing room routines
