This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator with at least two years of full-time work experience in an Early Childhood setting to join our friendly, supportive, and fun teams.
The annual salary range for this position is $66,000 to $72,000 + Super, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description- Provide high-quality education, development and care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional customer experience and partnership experience with our families.
Key responsibilities include ensuring child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children, ensuring that our children are educated and cared for to the highest standard, and facilitating a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus.
As a Room Leader, you will work in collaboration with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment.
You will inspire children through play-based and interest-focused activities, mentor a team of Educators through educational guidance, create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for all children in our care, and plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF.
Our CampusesOnly About Children's early learning campuses have been designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover. Spanning across three levels with age-specific learning environments, the campuses have an open, but intimate feeling.
The playgrounds and resources are designed to facilitate the latest and most interactive designs to ensure a fun and entertaining time for the children in our care.
Skills and Experience Requirements- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
- Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
- A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
- A creative, supportive and cooperative team player
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
