About this role


We at Only About Children are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education, development, and care to the children in our campuses. Your primary goal will be to ensure the well-being and safety of the children at all times.


Routine Responsibilities



  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times by actively supervising and interacting with children.
  • Ensure that our children are educated and cared for to the highest standard.
  • Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus.
  • Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Document the children's learning through the OAC Connect app.

Requirements and Qualifications



  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognized Registered Training Organization (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years full-time relevant work experience
  • A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
  • A creative, supportive and cooperative team player
  • Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
