About the Company

Charterhouse is a leading provider of organisational design and change management services. We are seeking an experienced Org Design and Change Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing functional accountabilities for divisions, branches, and units, as well as mapping current and future state accountabilities. They will also develop organisational design and structural options aligned to the operating model organisation design principles and characteristics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed organisational structure charts accounting for position and people in current and future state structure charts.
  • Drive consistency across Divisions and Branches in organisation and role design approach.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders and enabling functions.
  • Provide oversight, quality assurance, and coordination for the preparation of role descriptions and the job evaluation process.

Requirements

  • Previous Org design experience in a large complex organisation.
  • Change management experience.
  • NSW government experience is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and work to timeframes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
