Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Life Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional living and lifestyle experiences for our residents and families.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health and experience as a Lifestyle Services Assistant. You will also have knowledge of working with a range of cognitive and physical abilities, as well as involvement in creating and implementing innovative programs to meet specific resident needs.

As a Life Experience Coordinator, you will establish an innovative and dynamic program of individual and group activities and services, lead and develop a team of Lifestyle Officers, ensure attendance is optimally maintained and/or growing, and comply with all relevant Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
