Marketing and Communications Professional

We are seeking a senior leadership professional to drive the development of our Marketing and Communications strategy. This role requires strong brand and communications expertise, as well as experience working in cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns and managing established brands. They will possess significant experience in planning and developing marketing collateral, executing campaigns with clear messaging, and effective customer experience practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing and Communications strategy that supports our organisational objectives.
  • Manage and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various media channels, including above and below the line.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain and enhance the reputation of our organisation through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree-level qualification and at least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a complex and diverse environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing an established brand, delivery of integrated campaigns, and proven capability across a range of media channels.
  • Experience with digital campaigns, use of CRM systems, and integration of data into marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Commercially focused and results-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
