">- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Assistant Director - Audit. This position involves managing a team of quality assessors who conduct audits of residential aged care services and home care services.
Job Description:
">The Assistant Director - Audit will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the team, building individual and team capacity to undertake their roles efficiently and professionally. They will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage operational priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business priorities and key performance indicators.
- Manage high volumes of work, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet deadlines.
- Foster a positive culture within the team, promoting staff wellbeing and engagement.
Requirements:

- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve business outcomes.
