Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Senior Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Executives, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide project management support to Senior Executives, including coordinating tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Executives, team members, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Relevant business qualification to degree level and/or equivalent experience.
- Proven successful track record of assisting at Senior Executive level.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including understanding of SharePoint and benefits of its use.
- Sound understanding and previous experience in supporting corporate governance.
- Maintaining excellent standards of service in a high-pressure work environment requiring confidentiality, tact, judgement and discretion.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High level ability project management skills and ability.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritise work and demonstrate initiative and a business improvement mindset.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and or sensitive matters.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and up to date filing systems.
