We are now excited to invite applications for the role of  Senior Client Director - an opportunity with our awesome team in  Melbourne  This is an opportunity to drive outcomes, and grow client revenue and engagement applying excellent process fundamentals and Project Management methodologies.

The role:

As the  Senior Client Director  you will be managing the day-to-day senior client relationship and the overall team performance. It is a role that requires an expert level of understanding of the media industry and a comprehensive understanding of our client’s industry and business.

Core responsibilities:

Effectively lead a key client account  Leading external agencies (digital and creative) in delivering integrated projects Responsible for the connectivity, consistency and timely delivery of the components of the response to brief including; strategy, comms planning and investment and optimization Manage the Business – deliver the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients Relationship Management – owns the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client Accountable for the overall client relationship, operations and deliverables Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – drives seamless delivery and profitability of account

A bit about you:

Excellent client service and stakeholder engagement skillset – the ability to gain trust and confidence Proven ability to cultivate collaboration and engagement quickly, to enable the team and support them Working experience with TV, Print, OOH and Digital (Video, Programmatic, Display) Ability to work under pressure​ and in a continuous improvement environment Strong financial acumen, negotiation and influencing skills Ability to manage high number of requests coming from a diverse range of stakeholders
