**About the Job:**

As the General Manager Employment Government Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of employment for people with disabilities. You will oversee a talented team, providing leadership and expertise to drive results. Your leadership will be essential in cementing Endeavour's position as the leading enabler of employment in the sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify partnership opportunities with government agencies to promote inclusive employment.

- Design and deliver programs that support strategic outcomes for government customers and provide opportunities for people with disabilities to work in aligned roles.

- Collaborate with government and private sectors to enable social procurement opportunities.

- Lead a highly engaged team in delivering current government partnerships and multiple Resource Recovery Centres operations.

- Provide excellent support to individuals in employment, including playing an active leadership role in person-centered practice and safeguarding.

- Develop and promote innovative strategies for quality assurance, operational risk management, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Drive business activities to improve operational performance and outcomes, determining risks and enhancing financial sustainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust processes and systems supporting high-quality services and alignment of employment initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve outcomes.

- Maintain full P&L accountability for operational performance delivery.

***About You:**

- Extensive experience in the disability sector or government sector, preferably with an understanding of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices.

- Strong financial capability to advise on commercial operations, meeting business needs while maintaining strong understanding of contract law and pricing.

- Proficient written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

- Proven leadership abilities, particularly in change management and interpersonal communication.

- Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Quality Assurance preferred.
