High-Level Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders for a temporary period.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing executive-level support, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior leaders with professional and personal tasks as required.
  • Manage extensive diaries and serve as the first point of contact for diary queries.
  • Act as a liaison between senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Organise and attend strategic meetings, prepare agendas, transcribe and circulate minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate reports, presentations, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
  • Manage key projects, follow-ups, and deadlines aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, document minutes, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Organise events and prepare materials for workshops.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and be available for out-of-hours support if needed.
  • About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Sway, Canva, and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and integrity are essential.
