About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced Body Repair Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for disassembling vehicles, repairing to OEM standards and reassembling with precision. This will include preparing and masking vehicles for painting, mixing and applying paints to manufacturer specifications and delivering high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:- Disassemble vehicles, repair to OEM standards and reassemble with precision.
- Prepare and mask vehicles for painting.
- Mix and apply paints to manufacturer specifications.
- Deliver high-quality finishes.
- Reassemble vehicle components to OEM standards.
- Fitting panels and trims with accuracy.
- Test fitted parts for proper function and finish.
- Demonstrated experience in body repair work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Certificate or degree in a related field (an advantage).
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Able to lift up to 20 kg regularly.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
