
Vehicle Repair and Customer Liaison Specialist

As a skilled Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and insurance companies regarding vehicle repairs. Your role will involve liaising with these parties to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisation skills, able to manage their time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Self-motivation, energy and enthusiasm are essential qualities for this position, as you will work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
">">Key Responsibilities:">- Liaise with customers and insurance companies regarding vehicle repairs;
- Invoice completed work accurately and promptly;
- Ensure claims are processed correctly and in a timely manner;
- Handle bookings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bodyshop procedures;
- Work collaboratively with the Bodyshop team to achieve common goals;
- Assist with day-to-day administration and other duties as required.
