Leading Account Administration Role

In this leadership role, you will oversee our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and accounts administration functions. This is a position with a strong operational focus, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a great team culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support the Accounts Supervisor and team to ensure AP/AR processes run smoothly, accurately and on time.
- Prepare and organise financial information for management.
- Set up new accounts so bookings auto-bill correctly and resolve escalations where billing is not automatic.
- Work with senior management on new entity setup, including invoicing and reconciliations in Xero.
- Maintain strong policies, procedures and controls across the accounts function.
- Drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy and workflows.
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years' experience in accounts administration or finance roles, with leadership responsibility. You will have solid knowledge of AP/AR processes and pricing/invoicing structures. Additionally, you must possess strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail, confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels, including executives.
