Accounts Administrator Position

This is a part-time accounts administrator role working locally on the Northern Beaches in a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have initiative and strong communication skills, assisting across various areas of accounts with tasks such as:

  • Collecting and allocating payments
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Dealing with accounts enquiries
  • Issuing statements
  • Data entry and running reports
  • Maintaining vehicle records

Key requirements include high attention to detail, previous similar experience, great communication and organisation, good written and verbal communication, and being a team player. Intermediate skills in MYOB and Excel are also desirable.

As an administrator, you will be valued for your ability to forge strong relationships, multitask and work as part of a cohesive team.
