Job Overview
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the management team with general office administration duties.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for daily account management, handling customer and supplier queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Invoicing and managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and inventory using Xero Accounting.
  2. Creating jobs and allocating staff through the CRM (Tradify).
  3. Onboarding new customers and issuing purchase orders with accurate cost allocation.
  4. Supporting HR functions such as job postings and staff onboarding.
  5. Assisting with business and accounting functions, including month-end processes and reporting.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV or equivalent in Accounting/ Office Administration.
