As a key member of our retail team, this role offers the opportunity to lead and manage the day-to-day activities of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock, and driving sales growth.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and managing controllable costs.
  • Lead the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and develop the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
