About the Role

Job Description

The Assistant Retail Manager is responsible for leading our Retail Operations Team. They oversee the day-to-day functions of the sales floor in a big box environment, provide leadership and supervision to a team of up to 12 team members, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and increase store sales and profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Retail Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service to customers and donors
  • Oversee the management of the sales floor, including visual merchandising and stock levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their performance and career development
Required Skills and Qualifications
