Large-Scale Project Lead

Zenviron is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of large-scale renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the efficient implementation of project resources and structure, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Lead the balance of plant elements of large-scale BESS projects, managing program, budget, and resources.
  • Champion safety and environmental performance across the project.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
  • Foster effective communication with client field representatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing full lifecycle construction programs.
  • Site-based experience as a Site or Construction Manager in renewables or construction.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Civil and/or electrical knowledge.
  • Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

To be successful in this role, you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. You will also demonstrate a team-oriented approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement.
