Zenviron are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) expertise to lead major renewable energy projects across New South Wales.

Key responsibilities will include:* Manage project commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management.* Managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.* Managing a range of multi-disciplinary projects varying in size and value.* Working cooperatively across a diverse team involving various business units from project inception to completion.* Set and achieve excellent safety and quality performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention.* Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture.
What we are looking for:* A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety.* Proven site-based Project Management delivery experience executing multi-disciplinary renewable energy construction contracts ideally within a contractor environment.* A relevant tertiary qualification, with a demonstrable track record of managing large scale multi-disciplinary workforces.* Proof of right to work in Australia.
To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
Through utilising your time management skills, you will have the ability to manage multiple aspects of work concurrently, and for this we offer an attractive remuneration package.
