Business People Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business success through strategic people management.
The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for our company's position in the market, proactively partnering with operational leaders to develop and execute people and culture initiatives that support employee growth and retention. You will communicate our unique value proposition, attract, engage, and develop talent, and lead by example with a human-centric approach.
">- Partner with business unit leaders to provide sound guidance on performance management, industrial relations, and employee relations matters.
- Identify and manage business risk through leadership and support during employee relations advice, grievance resolution, and performance counselling.
- Develop robust relationships with leaders to ensure alignment between people and business strategies.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify talent, up-skill leadership capability, and develop future leaders.
- Lead the altitude program for retail team members, including mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
- Drive a high-performance culture through building competence, rewarding, and recognizing talent.
- Manage projects from end to end to create efficiencies and new ways of working.
- Offer industrial relations advice and support negotiations as required.
