**Night Care Specialist Role**
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Night Care Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to older people during the night hours.
The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, such as getting around, using the bathroom, taking a shower or enjoying a meal. You will work closely with our clinical educators to ensure that each client receives personalized care tailored to their needs and preferences.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
- An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
- 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- To be able to work night shift and weekends
