Dedicated Patient Care Specialist

This role involves providing patient care in a variety of settings and specialities, with a range of patient acuity levels. You will undertake comprehensive assessments and provide care to patients before, during and after diagnostic radiology examinations or procedures.
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure high quality, safe patient care. Your patient-centred approach will ensure that patients understand their examination or procedure requirements.
As part of this role, you will participate in a 7-day rotating roster and develop specialty skills including contrast administration, vascular access and post-imaging care.
The successful applicant will have the following essential requirements:
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
