- Contribute to a positive sales culture within the national team, sharing best practices and knowledge with colleagues to drive business growth.
- Increase Insignia's profile within your adviser panel, building strong relationships and driving business development.
- Develop and implement sales planning and service propositions for productive and effective panel management, including business planning and 90-day plans.
- Educate and implement sales initiatives, whether one-on-one or one-to-many, with a minimum activity level to drive business growth.
- DFP Qualified and RG146 Compliant.
- Demonstrated adviser relationship experience with a proven sales track record and relationship management success.
- Ability to influence and implement initiatives to convert new business opportunities.
- Detailed product knowledge with an excellent understanding of adviser needs, the financial planning industry, and our group positioning.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Broad understanding of investments structures and how they are positioned in the adviser marketplace, including competitors and how they relate to Insignia.
- Desire and motivation to succeed, including ability to adapt to changing conditions.
- Ability to be persuasive through selling and presenting.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, particularly those relating to administration platforms and the financial planning industry.
- Willingness to create an open and co-operative business environment and contribute to the overall success of the business development team.
