As an Inventory Manager, you will lead from the front, providing strong on-site direction to team leaders and driving excellence in all aspects of inventory management.
You will play a key role in delivering national programs at site level, coaching the team to identify improvement opportunities, refine workflows, and execute inventory strategies with precision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and maintaining inventory policies and procedures to ensure compliance at site level.
- Safeguarding stock integrity and enforcing high quality standards through rigorous monitoring.
- Overseeing cycle counting, stock adjustments, relays, and new line processes.
- Strategically managing stock levels, balancing operational needs with cost efficiency.
- Leading and coordinating stock takes with accuracy and discipline.
You are a confident, results-focused leader with the presence to inspire and the drive to deliver. Thriving in high-volume, fast-paced environments, you bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on control.
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Leadership experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- A strong track record in improving stock accuracy, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
- A collaborative but decisive leadership style, with the ability to manage across multiple shifts.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (highly desirable).
- Tertiary qualifications in management or logistics (preferred but not essential).
