**Warehouse Inventory Team Lead Role Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Warehouse Inventory Team Lead to manage the inventory team in ensuring accurate and quality inventory availability for customers.

The successful candidate will oversee site inventory, conduct audits, resolve issues, and maintain a safe working environment. They will also be responsible for receiving, checking, and sorting cartons and pallets, identifying inventory issues, and motivating associates to deliver results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversight of the inventory team to ensure accurate and quality inventory availability
  • Management of site inventory, audits, and issue resolution
  • Maintenance of a safe working environment and promotion of a safety culture
  • Accurate counting, checking, and processing of inventory
  • Investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies
  • Receiving, checking, and sorting cartons and pallets
  • Identification and resolution of inventory issues at pick

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in inventory or stock control
  • Supporting and developing skills and knowledge within a team
  • Automated Systems or WMS experience
  • Drive to achieve and maintain quality and best practice
  • Understanding of Stock Inventory Controls
  • Good level of spoken and written English
