As a Field Inventory Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting business units and their respective field teams in managing inventory across regions.

  • Collaborate with the field team to ensure accurate reflection of inventory stock locations in SAP.
  • Support supply chain and marketing with inventory requirements during phase-in/phase-out situations.
  • Manage inventory obsolescence and expired stock.
  • Assist with continuous process improvements around inventory management.
  • Work with business units to set up optimal inventory levels.
  • Conduct analysis on inventory levels.
  • Perform physical inventory counts.
  • Support initiatives related to inventory accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor's degree with 2 years relevant experience in inventory control required. Experience or willingness to operate in a customer-facing role is essential. Willingness to travel as required (20-25%). Experience with SAP is an advantage.
